New Competition Offered by CAESB Will Offer 302 Positions for Technical, High School, and Higher Education with Salaries Up to R$ 10,873.95!

The Environmental Sanitation Company of the Federal District (CAESB) announced the hiring of Cebraspe as the organizing agency for its new public competition. With a total of 302 positions, the selection will include opportunities for high school, technical, and higher education, offering salaries that can reach R$ 10,873.95. The selection process will have immediate positions and a reserve list, expecting to attract over 60,000 applicants, according to the website Estratégia Concursos.

Details of CAESB Competition: Opportunities and Salaries Offered in the Selection Process

The competition will offer 82 immediate positions, in addition to 220 reserved for creating a reserve list. The opportunities are distributed among positions for high school, technical, and higher education. Salaries vary according to the education level, being:

  • High School: R$ 4,426.60;
  • Technical: R$ 6,523.63;
  • Higher Education: R$ 10,873.95.

Registrations, which must be made through the Cebraspe website, will have differentiated fees according to the position level. For high school and technical positions, the fee will be R$ 71.00, while for higher education, the fee will be R$ 92.00.

Stages of the Selection Process

The competition will consist of several evaluation phases. Candidates will undergo the following stages:

  • Objective Test: For all positions.
  • Discursive Test: Also applicable to all positions.
  • Titles Assessment: Exclusive for the positions of Business Support Analyst (ASN), Sanitation Systems Analyst (ASS), and Lawyer (ADV).
  • Physical Aptitude Test (TAF): For the position of Sanitation Systems Operation Agent (GSO).

The objective test of the selection process will focus on assessing the specific and basic knowledge of the candidates, being the main stage of the process. The titles assessment will be used to classify candidates with higher qualifications, while the TAF will be applied only to candidates for the GSO position due to the physical nature of the role.

Expectation for the Selection Process Announcement

With the hiring of Cebraspe, the publication of the selection process announcement could occur at any moment. It is expected that 44,459 candidates will register for high school and technical positions, while 15,541 are expected to compete for higher education opportunities. This high number of applicants reflects the attractiveness of the positions and the good conditions offered by CAESB.
