Samu announced the opening of registrations for its public competition focusing on candidates from elementary to higher education. The SAMU competition has vacancies for nurses, doctors, technicians and more!

O Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) published this Monday (18) its public competition notice, focusing on professionals to work in the Juiz de Fora region and other cities. The vacancies include positions for doctors, nurses, nursing technicians, psychologists, pharmacists, drivers and first responders.

It is worth mentioning that Samu's notice was recently rectified. According to the correction, the requirements for some positions were updated, such as Administrative Assistant, Work Engineer, Mechanic and Occupational Safety Technician.

In addition, the number of vacancies for First Aid Driver, Doctor and Pharmacist has also been modified. Changes to the syllabus of specific knowledge for Occupational Engineer and Occupational Safety Technician were also made, as well as changes to sub-items of the notice. Candidates interested in participating in the public contest must be at least 18 years old, up to date with their electoral obligations and, in the case of male candidates, with their military obligations.

In addition, it is necessary to have secondary, technical or higher education in the specific area of ​​the desired position. Of the total number of vacancies offered, some are reserved for candidates with disabilities and for those who meet the criteria established in the notice.

Registration for the public competition will be open from March 25th to April 18th, 2024, and must be made exclusively via the Ibade website. The registration fee varies from R$45 to R$200, with the possibility of requesting it within the period established in the notice.

Details of the public tender selection process

The selection of candidates in the competition of Samu will be carried out through an objective test, which will cover Portuguese language content, specific knowledge, about the SUS, Urgency and SAMU. In addition, there will be a title test, practical test and didactic test for some positions. The written test is expected to take place on May 19, 2024.

The public tender will be valid for two years and may be extended for an equal period. It is also worth mentioning that those approved in the public competition will have salaries ranging from R$1.407,49 to R$8.032,50, with working hours that can range from 12 to 40 hours per week.
