Activities
• Acting in the areas of Means, Technologies, and Operations
• Monitor and support the tutor manager in managing the strategic projects of the Bank.
• Assist in aligning the bank’s projects.
• Deepen the project allocation theme by conducting interviews, and internal and external research.
• Present proposals for improvements and process optimization based on market references.
• Highlight project gains.
