Que matéria péssima. Totalmente confusa. Não esclarece nada e para piorar passa Informação errada. De acordo com o código de trânsito, a partir de Janeiro de 2026 será obrigatório para os proprietários dos ciclosmotores a habilitação e emplacamento do veículo. Muitas pessoas possuem ciclomotor, porém acreditam que possuem bicicleta elétrica. A diferença crucial entre a bicicleta elétrica e o ciclomotor é o fato do ciclomotor possuir acelerador. Bicicleta elétrica não pode possuir acelerador, uma vez que bicicleta é um veículo de propulsão humana apenas. Todos os modelos apresentados na matéria vão precisar que o condutor tenha habilitação e o emplacamento.

Sou prova viva que não existe a tal ACC,nenhuma autoescola fornece,já liguei em vários estados,Paraná, Santa Catarina e até São Paulo nunca consegui encontrar ACC. Dizem que não tem porque, não existe procura .Isso não é verdade, eles te obrigam a fazer a categoria A .Tenho categoria B, possuo um triciclo elétrico 4000w todo legalizado emplacado e vistoriado pelo Detran, porém não me liberam a fazer aulas e **** com o triciclo . NÃO EXISTE ACC e dificultam a conseguir a documentação. Fica aqui meu relato e minha indignação.

Sou prova viva que não existe a talACC,nenhuma autoescola fornece,já liguei em vários estados,Paraná, Santa Catarina e até São Paulo nunca consegui encontrar ACC. Dizem que não tem porque, não existe procura .Isso não é verdade, eles te obrigam a fazer a categoria A .Tenho categoria B, possuo um triciclo elétrico 4000w todo legalizado emplacado e vistoriado pelo Detran, porém não me liberam a fazer aulas e **** com o triciclo . NÃO EXISTE ACC e dificultam a conseguir a documentação. Fica aqui meu relato e minha indignação.
