Muitas pessoas possuem ciclomotor, porém acreditam que possuem bicicleta elétrica. A diferença crucial entre a bicicleta elétrica e o ciclomotor é o fato do ciclomotor possuir acelerador. Bicicleta elétrica não pode possuir acelerador, uma vez que bicicleta é um veículo de propulsão humana apenas. Todos os modelos apresentados na matéria vão precisar que o condutor tenha habilitação e o emplacamento.
Sou prova viva que não existe a tal ACC,nenhuma autoescola fornece,já liguei em vários estados,Paraná, Santa Catarina e até São Paulo nunca consegui encontrar ACC.
