Senac RJ Launches Free Gastronomy Mini-Courses in the Capital and in the Interior of the State
In September, Senac RJ is offering an unmissable opportunity for those who love gastronomy: free in-person courses with a certificate. The classes, which are part of the “Degusta Gastronomia” event, started on 09/02 and will run until September 06, spread across several units of the institution. This is the chance to learn hands-on with specialists and also leave with a certificate on your resume.
The cooler temperatures and the arrival of spring inspired Senac RJ to promote a series of mini-courses that teach everything from preparing refreshing salads to the secret of the perfect coxinha. Classes are taking place at various units, such as Riachuelo, Irajá, Campo Grande, Barra da Tijuca, Campos, Copacabana, Petrópolis, Resende, Madureira, and Niterói. Those who want to secure a spot can pre-register directly at the Senac RJ booth during the Rio Gastronomia event, which is taking place at the Jockey Club in Gávea until today, 09/01.

The regional director of Senac RJ, Sérgio Ribeiro, emphasized that these free in-person courses with a certificate aim to democratize culinary knowledge and open doors to new flavors. “This initiative is aimed at both enthusiasts and professionals. We combine the passion for gastronomy with the chance to enhance culinary skills, all at no cost,” he stated.
