Firjan Senai Internship Program opens applications for technical and university courses. Opportunities cover several areas of activity. Subscribe now!

Students from different areas have the chance to participate in the Firjan Senai Internship Program, which offers places for students on technical and university courses. To the registration is open until June 9th, and the internship lasts from six months to two years, with a daily workload of four to six hours. Benefits include stipend, food allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance and paid leave.

Both students of technical courses, including more than 20 Firjan SENAI courses, as well as university students, can enroll in the Internship Program.

Technical and university students can apply for internship positions at Firjan Senai

Covers areas such as Competitiveness, Communication, Development and Innovation, Education, People Management, Corporate Integrity, Legal, Business, Oil, Gas and Naval, Planning and Finance, Strategic Planning, Relationships, Institutional Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Supplies and Services, Information Technology and Technology and Innovation.

Cintia Miranda, Performance, Governance and Experience Manager at Firjan, highlights: “The Firjan Senai Internship Program contributes to the training of new generations of professionals and helps to create and maintain an environment of renewal, permanent oxygenation for Firjan and for companies, who subsequently take advantage of our interns.”

Internship program starts in August

Senai's internship program, which will begin in August, aims to provide students with the opportunity to complement their academic training through professional experiences and development actions that promote technical, cultural and human relationship improvement.

Luiz Alexandre Cortat, aged 27, was hired in October last year as a Human Resources assistant in the Human and Organizational Development Management. He started as an intern at the Firjan Library and highlights: “Interning at Firjan Senai was an incredible experience, which came to fruition with my hiring. I still had the chance to make a career transition. Developing myself during the internship and continuing to evolve within the company is a unique opportunity. I hope everyone can live this experience.”

Senai selection process

The selection process includes online registration on the Firjan Senai website, followed by individual interviews, case resolution, alignment conversation and a final panel.

For closer monitoring of the intern, the program provides a development path, that is, moments of training on the most current topics for the professional.

In addition, Firjan Senai offers the scripting of events that address technical factors of university or technical school academic training, a communication channel for discussions and suggestions and even dialogue circles with federation executives.

Cintia Miranda highlights that the internship is completely practical, involving young people in all tasks. “Senai interns have the opportunity to experience the day-to-day life of the profession, through practical experiences, actively participating in the company's routine, processes and projects”, she adds.
