Requirements to Compete for the Job at SESI
To compete for the job at SESI, candidates must have a completed degree in Medicine, a completed specialization in Family Medicine, and at least six months of experience in the area.
It is also necessary to have an active registration with CRM with RQE, a valid driver’s license (category B), and availability to travel as needed.
Moreover, a master’s degree, such as a Specialization or MBA, related to the function is required.
Responsibilities of the Family Physician
The professional will conduct consultations, diagnoses, and define therapeutic conduct, always focusing on the biopsychosocial care of workers and their families.
Additionally, they will be required to develop care plans and monitor the continuity of care in coordination with the health network, ensuring resolution and adequate support in each case.
Another focus of their activity will be on worker health. The physician will be responsible for guiding actions for promotion, prevention, and health education.
They will also assist companies served by SESI and perform health surveillance, including notifications of ailments and monitoring of epidemiological indicators.
The job at SESI also requires participation in the preparation of technical reports, opinions, and internal records.
