SESI-PE Offers 300 Spots in Free Online Courses About Interpersonal Relationships and the Importance of Feedback. Participants Receive a Certificate Upon Scoring 70 Points in the Evaluation.

This Monday, (05/13), the Social Service of Industry of Pernambuco (SESI-PE) is offering an unmissable opportunity for those seeking professional improvement. There are 300 spots available in free online courses, aiming not only at qualification but also at enhancement for better insertion in the competitive job market.

Free Courses Offered at SESI

Among the options offered, “Interpersonal Relationships” and “The Importance of Feedback” stand out, each with 150 spots available.

To apply for SESI’s free courses, you must be at least 16 years old, have internet access, and basic email knowledge.

What Are the Free Courses Offered at SESI?

In the free course of Interpersonal Relationships, participants will be guided through comprehensive content, including topics such as the role of the work environment in interpersonal relationships, interpersonal intelligence, effective communication, conflict management, and much more.

The course The Importance of Feedback will address the definition and effective application of feedback in work relationships, as well as strategies for assertive leadership.

How Do I Receive a Certificate?

After enrollment, students will have up to 30 days to complete the chosen course.

At the end, an evaluation will be conducted on the platform, where a minimum score of 70 points is required to receive the completion certificate.
