Take Your Professional Qualification Course at Sesi! The Institution Is Offering 2 Completely Online and Free Courses for Improvement

The Social Service of Industry of Pernambuco (Sesi-PE) announced the opening of 300 slots in two free and online courses. Enrollment is open until January 21 and can be done on the Sesi website, disclosed below.

The online courses offered are “Customer Satisfaction” and “Public Speaking Skills”. To enroll, interested parties must be at least 16 years old, have internet access, an email, and basic web navigation skills.

Content of the Online Courses Offered by Sesi and Enrollment

The online course “Customer Satisfaction”, with a workload of 40 hours, covers topics such as customer concept, needs and desires, customer service, and the use of marketing tools. Meanwhile, “Public Speaking Skills” is an 8-hour online course that focuses on developing presentation skills and addresses topics such as fear of public speaking, body language, and strategies for managing anxiety.
