Shell will invest in Brazil

As one of the largest oil operators in the world, Shell officially announced that these investments will run until 2020

[supsystic-social-sharing id='1′]Royal Dutch Shell, one of the most traditional and respected oil companies in the world, announced that it will invest more than 2 billion dollars (more than 6 billion reais in today's quotation), regardless of whether it will be successful in the oil auctions in October 2017 or not. The announcement was made by the Director of Government Relations in Brazil, Flávio Rodrigues yesterday (14).

Rodrigues emphasized that the investment targets do not foresee capital injection in eventual blocks to be acquired in future auctions, which is a guarantee of more operations independent of any other aspect of the Brazilian economy.

Remembering that Shell is also participating in the 14th round of pre-salt auctions, with a total of 287 blocks in the basins where oil was found. These Basins are: Sergipe-Alagoas, Espírito Santo, Campos, Santos and Pelotas and in the onshore basins of Parnaíba, Paraná, Potiguar, Recôncavo, Sergipe-Alagoas and Espírito Santo.

It goes without saying that Shell is in second place in hydrocarbon production in Brazil, which is now increasing its service portfolios even more and taking a ride on the decline of Petrobras.

The time for resumption in the sector is coming, are you prepared? Do you have studied english and your deeds trainings? It's worth remembering that job hangers are running out in Brazil and unfortunately or fortunately (depending on the point of view), gringos like qualified professionals, so don't count on luck, make your own.
