Guarulhos, November 13, 2024 – On the night of November 12, Sil Fios e Cabos Elétricos was once again honored, reaffirming its position as the largest manufacturer of low voltage electrical conductors in Brazil. At the 33rd Edition of the Anamaco Award, a highlighted event promoted by the National Association of Building Material Merchants, the company achieved another triumph. This achievement is a testament to the positive recognition of merchants nationwide regarding the quality of its products.

Celebrating half a century of journey in 2024, the company was recognized for the 13th time with this important award, being awarded the Master trophy in the Wires and Cables Category. This honor was presented to directors-partners Silvio and Marcelo Barone, who together celebrated another significant milestone for the company.
The Excellence of Sil Fios e Cabos Elétricos

The journey of Sil Fios e Cabos Elétricos began in 1956, when Silvio Barone founded Elétrica Danúbio. The success of the store in the electrical materials trade enabled the expansion of the business, culminating in 1974 when Barone acquired a modest factory to begin the own production of wires and cables, resulting in what is now SIL.
Advanced Capacity and Technology
Currently, SIL is a nationally renowned company in the low voltage electrical conductor sector, with over 500 employees, utilizing advanced technology to ensure the quality and efficiency of its products. The organization transforms high-purity copper and uses specific insulating compounds to produce wires and cables intended for electrical installations up to 1 kV, aimed at residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Its product line extends to include solutions such as welding cables, data, and photovoltaic systems.
In 2022, the company achieved a production equivalent to 22 laps around the planet, demonstrating its impressive production capacity. Celebrating 50 years of activities in 2024, SIL continues to be acclaimed for its excellence, receiving awards such as the Anamaco – Master in the Wires and Cables Category (2023), the ABREME in the Gold category in 2024, as well as titles like Top of Mind and Best Product of the Year by the Revenda Group.
In 2024, the MESC Institute also highlighted SIL as the Best Company of the Year in its segment, in addition to including it among the 100 Best Companies in Brazil, further consolidating its unshakeable reputation in the industry.
