GreenV, a Company Operating in the Electric Mobility Sector, Announced the Opening of 50 Spots in a Free Course Aimed at Training Professionals for the Installation of Charging Points for Electric Cars

Unemployment in Brazil has increased significantly in recent years, and currently, there are around 12 million unemployed professionals or those without formal work. In contrast, during the same period, the entry of electric cars into the market has also grown, creating various new areas of opportunity for Brazilians. Thus, the startup GreenV has developed a free professional qualification course to include low-income individuals in this rapidly growing market.

All the Details About GreenV’s Professional Training Initiative

The GreenV Current, a free course focused on the installation of charging points for electric cars, will take place on the 4th of next month at CCA Com Viver, in Capão Redondo, a neighborhood in São Paulo (SP).

The event will start around 2 PM and will be completely free. Initially, 50 people interested in training for the electric car sector will be accommodated. The event will begin with a lecture introducing attendees to the topic and GreenV’s free course.

After the lecture, 30 people will be selected for a free course on the installation of charging points for electric cars, which will consist of four classes held over four weekends, from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is important to emphasize that only individuals over 16 years old can participate in this initiative.

According to GreenV, the expectation is to find interested individuals to enter the electric car market and place them in internship programs within the company. The course is part of the GreenV Academy, an online education center focused on the study and training of the electric mobility market.

Sign Up for the Free Electric Mobility Course

If you are interested and wish to register for the GreenV opportunity, you must fill out an online form providing essential information such as full name, email, phone number, student age, level of education, among others. Those who participate in the free course and achieve over 90% in the final evaluation will receive a completion certificate at the end of the course.

The highest-rated participant will have the chance to visit a dealership of Porsche and observe the brand’s cars up close. According to data from ABVE, Brazil has approximately 1,250 available charging points, where about 47% of these are located in São Paulo. However, it is just a matter of time before electric cars cease to be considered “different” vehicles and become more mainstream on the streets of Brazil.

The decline in battery prices and the push for more sustainable urban mobility in public policy agendas may lead to changes in the sector in the coming years.
