Facilities Engineer

Rio de Janeiro, RJ

Previous experience in installation engineering in one of the disciplines: Flexible lines & umbilicals; Rigid ducts; Subsea equipment (Manifolds, Christmas Tree, among others); Pre-commissioning; Boarding experience as a project engineer or similar; Complete higher education in Engineering; Advanced English.

Important to know: Location: Porto do Rio de Janeiro; Availability to carry out frequent shipments; Availability to visit the customer, Subsea 7 bases and suppliers (Macaé or other locations); Exclusive dedication regime.

Some of the activities: develop installation procedures for flexible lines, umbilicals, rigid lines and subsea equipment; Carry out technical feasibility studies and cost and schedule estimates for tenders; Perform engineering calculation for procedures; Participate in and support the development of process improvements, innovations and automation tools, seeking new and more efficient ways of doing work.

Engineering Trainee – Lisbon, Portugal

Subsea 7 Trainee Engineers typically hold one of the following degrees: Mechanical, Civil, Marine Engineering or equivalent; A current level of English is required; Ability to function within a design team and across multiple projects; Ability to prioritize own workload, manage time appropriately, and inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of schedule or budget.

Be aware of interfaces in a project structure, including other disciplines, drafting office, document control, project management, customer and vendors. Manage change tracking within your own assignments in a project.
