Danone opens internship positions in 2026 with scholarships of up to R$ 2,100, benefits, and opportunities in strategic areas of a large multinational.

Danone has opened applications for its 2026 Internship Program and has offered 14 internship positions for university students from different fields. The opportunities are distributed between São Paulo and Poços de Caldas (MG) and offer professional development, contact with strategic projects, and work in one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world.

Applications are open until June 18, 2026, and are aimed at students expected to graduate between December 2027 and December 2028. The program combines practical experience, continuous training, and a work model that includes hybrid and in-person opportunities, reinforcing the company’s strategy to develop new talents from the start of their careers.

According to information from the Internship Company, the initiative also coincides with an important moment for the company, which celebrates 55 years of operation in Brazil. With presence in over 120 markets and around 90,000 employees worldwide, the company seeks professionals prepared to handle innovation, collaboration, and constant business transformation.

Danone opens internship positions to accelerate the development of new talents

The new internship positions were developed to bring university students closer to the real challenges faced by a large global organization. The proposal is to allow participants to gain practical experience while developing skills valued by the market.

The company has made opportunities available in strategic areas that directly participate in the operation and growth of the business. Students will have contact with experienced professionals and will be able to follow processes that impact thousands of consumers daily.

According to André Rapoport, Human Resources Director of the company in Brazil, the program was structured to provide constant learning, contact with different teams, and space for the development of new ideas.

Program connects students to strategic areas of the multinational

Internship at Danone focuses on practical learning from day one

The training follows the E³ model, a methodology based on three main pillars:

  • Practical experience;

In practice, this means that participants learn through project execution, interaction with professionals from different areas, and a structured development journey.

The goal is to prepare young talents to take on increasingly larger challenges within the corporate environment.
