More job vacancies and investments in Brazilian mining

With the application of investments valued at more than R$ 2,4 billion, more than 250 jobs will be directly generated and more than 1.300 jobs indirectly to heat up the mining market together with Terra Brasil Minerals.

Operations with the Brazilian mining company will only start in mid-2027, but the CEO of Terra Brasil Minerals says that in early 2024 people will already be able to feel the impact of investments in new job vacancies in the industry. “We are in the final stages, carrying out metallurgical and physical-chemical tests. 2027 is a conservative deadline, but job creation should start within the next three years,” he says.

Innovation for the Brazilian mining industry

In addition to investments in direct and indirect job openings, investments in the process of innovation and cost reduction will also take place over the next three years. The Terra Brasil Minerals project aims to reduce environmental impacts, further increase the quality of products in Brazilian mining and finally eliminate any and all existing risks.

“We developed a process that separates the elements. Titanium and rare earths will be products of this separation. We have already generated three patents, and part of the intellectual and commercial rights will go to these institutions”, highlighted the CEO of the mining company.
