Vale joins Senai and will pay R$ 2,225 for you to take a course in mining, logistics, and maintenance with a CLT contract, corporate benefits, practical training in the company’s operations, and free technical training for 18 months.
The course combines theoretical and practical activities and requires the preparation of a Final Course Paper (TCC) at the end.

Course Structure and Format
A total of 25 places will be offered, divided between open competition and quotas for black, brown, indigenous (PPI), quilombola people and people with disabilities.
Classes will be held in-person at the Bragança Paulista campus, always on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7 PM to 10:35 PM.
The total workload is 430 hours, including subjects, complementary activities, and the TCC.
The evening schedule and the frequency of twice a week were designed to allow teachers in service to reconcile their professional routine with academic training.
Who Can Apply for the Places
The notice accepts applications from graduates of programs recognized by the MEC, particularly those with degrees in Pedagogy or Mathematics, which are more aligned with the course profile.
Other degrees are also accepted, provided they meet the required documentation.
While not mandatory to be in the classroom, experience as a teacher in early childhood education or in the early years of elementary school counts for extra points in the selection.
How the Selection Will Be Made
The evaluation process occurs in a single stage, based on document analysis.
The maximum score is 45 points.
The highest weight goes to graduates in Pedagogy, who receive 20 points.
Meanwhile, a degree in Mathematics earns 10 points, the same score awarded to teachers currently working in early childhood education or in the early years.
Candidates with other degrees are entitled to 5 points.
If the number of applicants is equal to or less than the number of available spots, the classification will be determined by the order of application, without the application of scoring criteria.
The final result is scheduled for December 1, 2025, and classes begin in February 2026.

What Will Be Studied
The curriculum of 430 hours includes subjects focused on didactic planning, learning assessment, mathematical literacy, problem solving, and the use of pedagogical materials appropriate for early years.
The course aims to balance theory and practice, encouraging critical reflection on mathematics teaching and the development of applicable methodologies in the classroom.
In addition to the classes, students will need to prepare a TCC with an applied nature, focused on didactic proposals or investigations related to teaching the subject in the early years.
Criteria Favoring Public School Teachers
The scoring system reflects the priority of qualifying professionals already engaged in Basic Education.
By valuing degrees in Pedagogy and Mathematics and recognizing classroom experience, the selection process aims to gather candidates directly involved in introducing school mathematics.
The logic is to expand the training of those who can immediately apply new knowledge in public schools, strengthening the impact of the specialization on pedagogical practice.
How to Apply
Interested applicants must complete their registration by November 9, 2025, via an electronic form and submission of documents in PDF.
It is essential to check the notice for which documents are required to validate academic qualifications, teaching experience, and access to quotas.
After registration, it is necessary to monitor the official campus announcements for verification of validation, results, and deadlines for appeals. The complete notice, available on the IFSP website, contains all rules and requirements.
