The Social Service of Industry maintains a permanent selection process for pharmacists, with a salary of R$ 4,678.41, a workload of 220 monthly hours, an indefinite term monthly contract, and on-site work in FarmaSesi units in Lages, in the interior of Santa Catarina, with no defined hiring date.
The process is identified by code 02953/2025 and provides for the formation of a reserve registration, with no immediate number of vacancies, with hiring conducted according to the demand of the two pharmacy units maintained by SESI in the municipality.
The fixed monthly remuneration is R$ 4,678.41 for a workload of 220 hours per month, with scheduled hours from 12 PM to 3 PM and from 5 PM to 10 PM, or as per institutional need.

In the practical evaluation, the candidate receives a test related to the pharmacist’s function, with an approximate time of 30 minutes to prepare clear, objective, and coherent answers to the presented questions.
After the test, an individual interview takes place with an average duration of 20 minutes, based on the daily activities of the work environment, conducted upon proof of literacy of the candidate.
The final score of the selection process corresponds exclusively to performance in the practical evaluation, according to the formula NF equal to Practical Evaluation, without additional weighting or subsequent eliminatory stages.
