The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) announced this Monday (22) the public notice for its new public competition, offering 900 positions for analyst roles in various areas of expertise. With an initial salary of R$ 20,900, the competition also includes a range of benefits, such as health assistance, educational support, and supplementary pension plans, according to the JC Concursos website.
Details of the Positions and Benefits
Of the 900 positions announced, 150 are for immediate hiring, while 750 are intended for the formation of a reserve list. The competition adheres to the quota policy, with 30% of the positions reserved for Black candidates and 15% for people with disabilities. The opportunities are concentrated at BNDES headquarters in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), but there is a possibility of working in offices located in São Paulo (SP), Recife (PE), and Brasília (DF), with a weekly workload of 35 hours.

Registrations and Fee Exemptions for the BNDES Competition
Those interested in the BNDES competition will be able to register between July 26 and August 19, through the website of the Cesgranrio Foundation, the organizer of the competition. The registration fee is set at R$ 110. Requests for fee exemptions can be made until August 2, granted to beneficiaries of CadÚnico and recognized bone marrow donors by the Ministry of Health.

The Selection Process of BNDES
The BNDES competition will consist of objective and subjective tests, scheduled for October 13 in all Brazilian capitals. The tests will be administered in two shifts, covering content in Portuguese, English, transversal knowledge, and specific knowledge. The answer keys will be released the day after the tests, with a deadline for appeals between October 14 and 15. The final results are expected to be published on January 30, 2025.
