According to the regulatory document signed by the Director-General Maria de Fátima Neves Cabral, the two available positions cater to the career of Substitute Teacher of Basic, Technical, and Technological Education (PEBTT), focusing on the areas of Occupational Nursing and Nursing.

Stages of the Selection Process
The selection process is divided into two phases, each with a specific weight:
- Title Analysis: classificatory, with weight 3;
- Specific Practical Knowledge Test: eliminatory and classificatory, with weight 7.
The Title Analysis will evaluate the candidate’s academic background and experience, while the Specific Practical Knowledge Test will assess the skills and knowledge necessary to act as a teacher.
