They will also be responsible for circulating and monitoring the cleanliness and organization of the school environment, including equipment and furnishings, assisting with the mobility of students with disabilities, observing any movement of third parties within the school, ensuring safety, supporting scheduled events according to the school calendar, and executing other activities as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Details on How the Selection Process Will Take Place and Work at SESI

Participants will undergo a Cultural Fit and Competency Test, so the company can ensure that the goals, values, and personality of the professional align with the organizational culture. In administering the cultural fit test, the system compares the organizational culture of the company with the behavioral profile and individual values of the candidate.
