Martin Cheah is the former president of Estaleiro Jurong Aracruz Ltda (EJA), the Brazilian subsidiary of the company, which was closed in June 2015.
The companies linked to Guilherme were contracted by the company’s subsidiaries as consultants, with all these consultancy contracts suspended and remaining suspended by Sembcorp Marine for an indefinite period.
The charges against Martin Cheah and Guilherme by the MPF are in their personal capacities and not against the Shipyard.
