Details of the University Selection Process
The contest will be conducted by Mais Institute of Management and Social Development and aims to fill positions of Mid-Level Technician e Higher Level Technician.
Hiring will follow the Special Administrative Law Regime (REDA), with an initial period of 36 months, which may be extended for the same period.
As 70 vacancies are distributed among different working hours, as detailed in the notice:
Middle level:
- 29 vacancies with a workload of 40 hours a week.
- 2 vacancies with a workload of 30 hours a week.
Higher level:
- 30 vacancies with a workload of 40 hours a week.
- 2 vacancies with a workload of 35 hours a week.
- 7 vacancies with a workload of 30 hours a week.
How to participate: Registration
Interested parties must register exclusively online, accessing the official website of Mais InstituteInter January 7th and 30th, 2025.
The process starts at 10h of the day 7 and ends at 17h of the day 30, following Brasilia time.
Registration fee:
- R$70,00 for intermediate level.
- R$100,00 for higher level.
In addition, candidates registered in the Single Registry for Federal Government Social Programs (Single Cad) may request exemption from the fee between January 7st and 9th, as long as they present the necessary documentation as per the notice.
Stages of the Selection Process
The Selection Process will consist of two main stages:
Objective Test:
- Data: February 16, 2025.
- Middle level: 50 questions.
- the Next level: 64 questions.
Test of Titles:
- Exclusively for candidates with higher education, considering academic qualifications, training courses and professional experience.
The content covered in the objective test includes general and specific knowledge according to the position sought. Full details can be found in the notice.
Salary and Benefits
Those approved will receive salaries ranging from R$1.895,33 e R$3.279,43, in addition to a food allowance which varies according to the workload:
- R$440,00 for journeys of 35 and 40 hours per week.
- R$286,00 for journeys of 30 hours a week.
Contractors will also have access to benefits such as transportation vouchers and function-specific additions.

The vacancies are distributed across the campuses of State University of Southwest Bahia (UESB) in the cities of Itapetinga, Jequie e Victory of the Conquest.
Contractors may be allocated to different shifts (morning, afternoon or night), according to the institution's needs.
