The São Paulo Plant Da Mata began a selection process on June 26 for hiring a Occupational Health Nurse. The announcement was made by the company itself on its social media, and the process also applies to company employees.
Founded in May 2006, with the merger of the economic groups AGP Negócios e Participações S/A and Brasif Fundo de Investimento e Participações, Da Mata has been operating since 2008, with activities in planting and milling sugarcane, production of sugar, ethanol, yeast, and energy generation.
Da Mata generates approximately 1,900 direct jobs and 5,000 indirect jobs, offering work and growth opportunities not only to the Municipality of Valparaíso – SP, but also to the entire region. The company has recorded operational results, processing more than 3.1 million tons of sugarcane and already has projections for milling exceeding 3.6 million tons.

- Activity Description: Vital signs measurement; Anthropometric data; Dressing procedures; Emergency care; Issuing medical certificates; Care report; Conducting visits and DDS (Daily Health Dialogue) sectorial; Nursing guidance; Control of absenteeism spreadsheet, PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program); Monitoring in cases of workplace accidents, medical certificates, hospitalizations; Conducting integrations for new employees; Monitoring employee health in work area (internal = company and external = field).
- Mandatory Techniques: Knowledge of the Occupational Health Medical Control Program, skills in emergency, urgent, assistive, and occupational care, ability to prepare and maintain data spreadsheets, organization in activities, adhering to proposed schedules, basic knowledge in computer skills (Office suite).
- Education: School/Technical/Higher; Mandatory: Technical Training in Nursing; Desired: Certification as Occupational Health Nurse.
- Mandatory: Experience in Occupational Health.
- Desired: Skills in Occupational Health routine.
