Free Courses Available at USP and Class Details
EEFERP is offering three main types of free courses:
- Aerial Fabric Course
The aerial fabric course is intended for participants of all ages, from children to adults.

Become an expert in programming in a course that pays up to R$ 800 for it: Senai and Petrobras offer a free programming course that can pay a monthly scholarship.

The São Paulo government opens 1,700 spots in free courses in the capital and Greater São Paulo, with classes starting on April 27 and registrations available in person or online for areas with high demand in the job market.

Federal Institute will pay you R$ 300 for a free course: IFSP calls women for 320 in-person vacancies in 8 cities, with 60 hours of training and registrations open until April 21, 2026.

Senar opens more than 3,000 vacancies in free technical courses for 2026 with 9 programs in agriculture, hybrid education EAD + in-person, registrations until May 26 and simplified selection without exams throughout Brazil.
It is designed for individuals aged 12 to 45. Classes started on August 7 and will occur on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:30 PM to 2 PM.
This course aims to teach acrobatic techniques using suspended fabrics, promoting both physical development and coordination and balance.
- Artistic Gymnastics Course
The artistic gymnastics course is aimed at adults aged 18 to 59. Classes began on August 7 and will run until December 6.
Classes take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:30 PM to 2 PM.
This course offers an introduction to artistic gymnastics, focusing on basic and advanced techniques, and is ideal for those looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall athletic skills.
- Rhythmic Gymnastics Course
For children aged 6 to 9, EEFERP offers a rhythmic gymnastics course.
Classes start on August 8 and will run until December 5, occurring on Mondays and Thursdays from 2 PM to 3 PM.
This course is designed to help children develop motor coordination, rhythm, and body expression through rhythmic movements and the use of props such as ribbons and balls.

All courses will be held at the Olympic Gymnasium of EEFERP, which provides a suitable and safe environment for practicing these physical activities.
