The City Hall of Rio das Ostras and partner companies have several offshore positions available for residents of the municipality and Macaé.

This Tuesday, (07/11), the City Hall of Rio das Ostras, in Rio de Janeiro, has several offshore positions available for immediate start. Those who meet the required qualifications may apply for the selection processes. There are opportunities for professionals of all education levels, with or without prior experience in the role.

Offshore Boiler Maker

This position is available for both men and women, over 18 years old, with complete high school education.

It is necessary to have at least 1 year of experience in the offshore role and to have completed the boiler maker/plumber course.

Having updated CBSP and HUET certificates is mandatory, and possessing an IRATA certification will be considered a differential. Preferably, candidates should reside in Rio das Ostras or Macaé.

Number of offshore positions available: 10.

Offshore Maritime Cook

Both men and women, over 18 years old, with complete elementary education, can apply for this position.

It is desirable to have at least 6 months of experience in the role or in the offshore area, as well as having updated CBSP and HUET certificates.

It is necessary to have completed the maritime cook course at SENAC, possess the Registration and Enrollment Booklet (CIR), the Aquatic Adaptation Course Certificate (CAAQ-CT/S), the EBCP, and TBS 1 (ESPE, ECIN, EBPS, and ESRs).

Having a passport and teamwork skills is also mandatory. Candidates should reside in Rio das Ostras or Macaé.

Number of offshore positions available: 10.

Instrument Technician

No offshore experience is required to apply for this position.

Both men and women, over 18 years old, with a technical education in instrumentation, electronics, or automation, can apply.

Having an active Technical Training Certificate (CFT) is mandatory, as well as having 3 years of proven experience as an instrument technician in CTPS.

Having updated CBSP and HUET certificates is also mandatory, as well as having completed the 40-hour PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) course and presenting a statement of 6 months of work done with PLC interface.

Preferably, candidates should reside in Rio das Ostras or Macaé.

Number of offshore positions available: 10.

Craneman

Just like the previous position, no offshore experience is required to apply for this position.

Men and women over 18 years old, with a technical education in mechanics or electromechanics, can apply.

Having an active CFT is mandatory, along with 2 years of proven experience as a craneman in CTPS.

It is necessary to present a statement of 2 years attesting to experience with cranes, or if having mechanical education from SENAI, 5 years of experience in the role of craneman in CTPS.

Having updated CBSP and HUET certificates is also mandatory. Preferably, professionals should reside in Rio das Ostras or Macaé.

Number of offshore positions available: 5.

Offshore Scaffolder

Professionals of both genders over 18 years old and with a high school diploma can apply for this job opportunity.

It is desirable to have at least 1 year of offshore experience, as well as having updated CBSP and HUET certificates.

Having completed the scaffolding assembly and disassembly course is mandatory, as well as being committed and proactive. Candidates should reside in Rio das Ostras or Macaé.

Number of positions available: 5.

IRATA N1 Painter

This selection process is intended for both men and women, aged between 20 and 55 years old, with completed high school education.

However, it is desirable to have at least 1 year of offshore experience, as well as having updated CBSP and HUET certificates.

Additionally, it is necessary to have completed the industrial painting course and possess N1 (IRATA or ABENDI) rope access certification. Candidates residing in Rio das Ostras or Macaé may apply.
