Stages of the Selection Process
The selection process to join the Vivo team begins with applications, the essential first step where candidates express their interest. At this stage, it is necessary to fill out a form with all relevant personal information, choose the desired area of expertise, and participate in specific online tests to assess preliminary skills.
As the process advances, the second stage is the Digital Challenge Vivo, a crucial evaluation moment through a playful activity carried out on our platform. This phase not only tests skills but also promotes the development of participants.
The third phase is the online group dynamics, where the internship program candidates, divided into teams, face a practical case that must be developed and subsequently evaluated by Vivo managers. This stage is designed to observe how candidates interact in teams and apply their critical thinking and creativity in practical situations.
Finally, the process concludes with individual interviews, conducted by managers and leaders of the company. This last phase provides an opportunity for candidates to showcase their interpersonal and professional skills more directly, as well as a moment for both parties to assess alignment of expectations.
