Aggressive discounts, high fuel efficiency, and extended warranty make Chevrolet Onix and Onix Plus 2026 among the most competitive compacts in the Brazilian market, with offers that reduce prices by up to R$ 23,000 and special financing conditions at dealerships and on the brand’s official website.
With discounts reaching R$ 23,000 in some promotional campaigns, Chevrolet Onix and Onix Plus 2026 have started to compete among the most competitive compacts in the Brazilian market, especially among consumers who prioritize reduced consumption, extensive warranty, and easy financing conditions.
While Chevrolet’s official website advertises the Onix Plus LT 1.0 turbo for R$ 108,590, compared to the full price of R$ 128,090, the 1.0 aspirated hatch appears for R$ 86,790, reducing the originally suggested price by R$ 15,000.
Along with the reductions applied to both models, the brand maintains the warranty of five years, consisting of 36 months of contractual coverage and an additional 24 months bonus, provided the vehicle follows the normal usage conditions stipulated by the manufacturer.

Chevrolet Onix Plus 2026 offers vary according to dealership
In addition to the conditions disclosed by Chevrolet, some dealerships have decided to increase discounts to boost sales of the 2026 line, although the offers depend on specific requirements related to financing and the trade-in of a used vehicle in the negotiation.
At Vigorito, for example, the Onix Plus Turbo LT is advertised for R$ 104,990 in trade-in operations, reducing the originally suggested price by R$ 23,000, while the price rises to R$ 117,990 when the buyer chooses not to trade in a used car.

To access the most aggressive condition, the traded car must be regularized, registered under an individual for at least 90 days, without accidents, with approved inspection, and up to two years of use.
The store also requires that the used car has a maximum of 20,000 km and belongs to the brands Chevrolet, Nissan, Fiat, or Volkswagen.
The owner’s CPF must be the same as the new vehicle buyer’s.
Another condition announced by Vigorito includes zero interest rate for 12 months, provided the buyer makes a minimum down payment of 72% of the total value.
The dealership’s promotion is valid until the end of May.
In Granleste, the Onix Plus Turbo LT appears for R$ 111,900, also with the possibility of zero interest rate.
In this case, the minimum down payment is 70% and the remaining balance must be financed over 12 months, without including TCC and IOF in the disclosed amount.
Five-year warranty and connectivity strengthen package
Within Chevrolet’s commercial strategy for the 2026 line, the five-year warranty remains one of the main selling points, especially in a segment where some competitors still offer coverage inferior to the term adopted by the manufacturer.
In this package, the first 36 months cover manufacturing and assembly defects, while the additional 24 months function as a bonus warranty, respecting the total limit of 60 months provided in the brand’s official conditions.
Also part of the package are connectivity services, which include periodic vehicle diagnostics, irregular operation alerts, and the possibility of remote scheduling of maintenance and technical services.
These items are part of Chevrolet’s strategy to enhance the perception of after-sales for the 2026 line.
Chevrolet Onix 2026 bets on consumption and equipment

The Onix hatch on offer is the version with a 1.0 aspirated flex engine, capable of delivering up to 82 hp and 10.6 kgfm of torque, always with a six-speed manual transmission.
This configuration is the only one of the 2026 hatch with this mechanical set.
Even in a phase dominated by automatic SUVs and turbo engines, the main differential of the hatch remains fuel consumption, a feature that keeps the model among the most efficient compacts currently sold in the national market.
During an evaluation conducted by Autoesporte with gasoline and air conditioning on, the Onix recorded averages of 13.9 km/l in the city and 19.7 km/l on the highway, performance that helps explain Chevrolet’s focus on maintaining this configuration in the catalog.
Thanks to the 44-liter tank, the estimated range reaches 661 km in urban use and an impressive 866 km on highways, numbers that reinforce the economy proposal aimed at drivers who regularly travel long distances.
Even as an entry-level version, the Onix comes with six airbags, electronic stability and traction control, hill start assist, keyless entry with push-button start, onboard computer, and steering column with height and depth adjustments.
The package also includes automatic headlight activation by twilight sensor, mirrors with electric adjustments, and electric windows on all four doors.
The list places the hatch in a competitive position among entry-level compacts focused on economy.
115 hp Turbo Engine is a Highlight in the Onix Plus 2026
In the entry configuration of the sedan, Chevrolet maintains the 1.0 naturally aspirated flex engine with up to 82 hp and 10.6 kgfm of torque, always paired with the six-speed manual transmission also used by the compact hatch.
On the other hand, the more expensive versions adopt the well-known 1.0 turbo flex three-cylinder engine with direct injection, a combination that continues to be the manufacturer’s main bet for those seeking superior performance without abandoning the economy proposal.
In this calibration, the set delivers 115 hp and torque of 16.3 kgfm with gasoline or 16.8 kgfm with ethanol, being able to work with either a manual or automatic six-speed transmission.
The transmission can be manual or automatic, both six-speed, depending on the chosen version.
The Onix Plus LT Turbo includes a high-resolution digital rearview camera, MyLink multimedia center with an 11-inch screen, six speakers, cruise control, and an eight-inch digital dashboard with three customization options.
The version also features 15-inch steel wheels with two-tone hubcaps.
Inside, the sedan received a redesigned dashboard, while the 2026 line underwent a visual update at the front and gained new equipment.
Sedan Consumption Varies Between Manual and Automatic Versions
According to Inmetro data cited for the 2026 line, the Onix Plus turbo manual achieves 9.8 km/l in the city and 12.4 km/l on the highway with ethanol.
With gasoline, the averages rise to 13.7 km/l in urban cycles and 17.7 km/l on the highway.
With an automatic transmission, the reported consumption is 8.6 km/l in the city and 12.1 km/l on the highway with ethanol.
Fueled with gasoline, the automatic sedan records 10.9 km/l in urban cycles and 15.3 km/l on the highway.
Oil-Bathed Belt Received New Chemical Composition
The 2026 line maintains the oil-bathed belt but received an updated chemical composition to increase resistance to more acidic oils.
The change aims to address questions raised about the system in previous years and is part of the mechanical update of the Onix family.
Chevrolet also adjusted the turbo engine power to fit versions into the Sustainable Car program, which explains the reduction of 1 hp compared to the previous calibration.
The change does not alter the core proposition of the model, which remains focused on low consumption, a good equipment package, and a wide dealership network.
With the current discounts, the Onix hatch targets consumers who prioritize lower price and efficiency, while the Onix Plus LT Turbo aims to attract those looking for a compact sedan with a turbo engine, a more complete package, and aggressive financing conditions at participating stores.
