3.600 vacancies for free technical courses are offered in Paraíba

Vacancies for free technical courses are being offered by the Federal Institute of Paraíba. Yesterday the IFPB released the public notices

The Federal Institute of Paraíba released two process announcements yesterday, which totaled 3.630 vacancies for integrated courses and technical courses. Registration for free courses must be made between November 17th and December 18th. Half of the vacancies are reserved for students who attend elementary school in the public network.

Registration is free and online, and must be completed by completing an electronic form, attaching a transcript or equivalent documents. For subsequent technical courses, candidates can also take advantage of the performance of Enem.

Half of the vacancies are reserved for those who studied elementary school in the public network. There are also quotas for those with monthly per capita family income of up to 1,5 minimum wages, for black, brown and indigenous people, and people with disabilities. In Sousa, there are quotas for agrarian reform settlers.

For candidates who completed elementary school in 2021, there are 2.390 vacancies on the campuses: Cabedelo, Cabedelo Centro, Cajazeiras, Campina Grande, Catolé do Rocha, Esperança, Guarabira, Itabaiana, Itaporanga, João Pessoa, Monteiro, Patos, Picuí, Princesa Isabel, Santa Luzia, Santa Rita e Sousa.

For students who have completed high school, 1.240 places are open in the first half of 2021, in Areia, Cabedelo, Cabedelo Centro, Cajazeiras, Campina Grande, Esperança, Itabaiana, João Pessoa, Mangabeira, Patos, Pedras de Fogo, Picuí , Princess Isabel, Santa Luzia, Soledade e Sousa.
