The company will provide the work visa; however, the candidate must cover personal expenses, and candidates must be in Brazil.

The requirements for the position are 1 year of experience and intermediate and/or advanced English. The salary is 17.50 CAD/hour (over R$ 60 per hour or R$ 480 per day on an 8-hour daily shift), 40 hours weekly (over R$ 2700 reais per week), with the possibility of later emigrating to Canada.

The Main Responsibilities Include:

• Cooking and preparing complete and partial meals, including meats, vegetables, wings, garlic bread, and salads, executing daily food preparation and task lists
• Preparing meals from our consistent menu, as well as daily specialties
• Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients/spices to be used throughout the day to ensure flavor profile stability and minimize waste
• Preparing (baking, roasting, grilling, etc.) or instructing/supervising the preparation of food that needs to be cooked ahead of time for use throughout the day
• Ensuring that food quality meets business standards
• Tasting and testing food to determine if it has been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing it with utensils
• Collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to create, plan, develop, and/or improve menu items
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy during and after the shift
• Ensuring that the kitchen is in sufficient condition to undergo a health inspection at any time
• Measuring using basic tools such as scales, containers, and thermometers • Preparing and cooking special meals when requested by customers, considering allergies and dietary preferences
• Must be able to use various kitchen equipment, e.g., chicken cutter, deep fryer, grill, and ovens Skill Requirements:
• High school completion
• Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in a restaurant
• Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain before the employment start date
