The Main Responsibilities Include:

- Ensuring that food quality meets business standards
- Tasting and testing food to determine if it has been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing it with utensils
- Collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to create, plan, develop, and/or improve menu items
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy during and after the shift
- Ensuring that the kitchen is in sufficient condition to undergo a health inspection at any time
- Measuring using basic tools such as scales, containers, and thermometers • Preparing and cooking special meals when requested by customers, considering allergies and dietary preferences
- Must be able to use various kitchen equipment, e.g., chicken cutter, deep fryer, grill, and ovens Skill Requirements:
- High school completion
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in a restaurant
- Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain before the employment start date
