Billionaire Entrepreneur Shares Behind-The-Scenes Of Tour With Joel Jota And Caio Carneiro, Details Logistics With Helicopters And Jets, Reveals Education Model With AI And High-Impact Decision-Making Routine
Flávio Augusto, one of the most iconic names in Brazilian entrepreneurship, had his daily life documented in a special edition of Primocast 24h, revealing an intense routine filled with commitments to billion-dollar companies, crowded events, high-impact decisions, and reflections on mindset and family. Founder of the former Wise Up, now Wiser Educação, and former owner of Orlando City, he shared his growth journey and the behind-the-scenes of the group “A Trinca.”
Amid travels by helicopters and jets to optimize scheduling, the billionaire also revealed behind-the-scenes of the internal workings of his companies, the event models with thousands of participants, and the new MBA in sales with artificial intelligence. The content is a true lesson in leadership, positioning, and business vision.
How A Trinca That Earns Big And Attracts Crowds Was Born
It all started with an informal conversation on a flight between Flávio Augusto, Joel Jota, and Caio Carneiro. There, the synergy that gave rise to A Trinca emerged, a group that today attracts tens of thousands of people to in-person events. In 2024, there were 86 thousand participants in 27 presentations. This year, the proposal was restructured: six events, six different contents.

From sertanejo star to international investor: Ana Castela invests millions in a mansion in the USA, creates a themed accommodation in Orlando, and shows that the “boiadeira” also wants to grow away from the stage.
With support from BTG Pactual, the three entrepreneurs share knowledge about sales, leadership, and mindset, always with clearly defined roles among them. In addition to the events, there is also the “Trincaplex,” a version that brings together the wives of the three on a behind-the-scenes journey.
Even with content structured at the last moment, the impact is strategic. The division of ticket categories by price and seating positioning was also a new test in 2025. Flávio shares the butterflies in his stomach during experiences like this: “we don’t know if someone who paid R$ 8,000 will arrive late, by jet, or lose their spot.”
Flávio Augusto’s Timed Schedule: Everything Meticulously Planned
With three residences in Orlando, Portugal, and Brazil, Flávio Augusto lives among countries and quick transfers. In one of the most striking moments, he narrates how a day’s agenda includes helicopter flights, an event, a business meeting, and podcast recording.
Security is an important point. Even before his fame online, he already invested in security and relocation to ensure his family’s protection. His move to Australia and then to the U.S. was part of a stability strategy.
In logistics, the use of helicopters proves to be more agile than jets, as it avoids long transfers to airports. If the weather changes, the plan B comes into action with jets ready for takeoff.
Billionaire Education: How Wiser And Conquer Grew Even During The Crisis
During the pandemic, Flávio Augusto made a tough decision: to close the in-person units and migrate 100% to online. In 2020, he went from 80,000 to 400,000 students in less than 12 months, reaching 1 million enrollments.
Part of the franchise network accepted the decision immediately, while another part resisted. Today, the units are being reopened at an accelerated pace: 60 schools opened in a year. In Curitiba, the inauguration of the first Conquer Business School franchise with Wiser was called by him a “historic day.”
It is worth noting that Conquer was born from a Facebook post written by him. The founder of the school approached him at the Orlando City stadium in 2017 and became a partner years later. An example of how simple ideas generate million-dollar enterprises.
Family, Children, And The Legacy Vision Of A True Entrepreneur
Flávio Augusto has always been clear: he does not prepare his children to take over his companies. All businesses will be sold. Instead, he prepares his children to create their own.
He criticizes the idea of simulating poverty to teach values. For him, it is incoherent to teach a child to live like a poor person while living like a rich person. “Your child is rich, period. What they should learn is to be responsible for that.”
The focus of education at home is to provide examples and develop autonomy. No planned inheritances. The owner mentality is what matters.
Sales, Image, Mindset, And How To Convey Confidence In The Business World
Flávio Augusto emphasizes that nothing is by chance. A simple watch on the wrist, the clothes worn, or the tone of voice convey messages. According to him, salespeople and entrepreneurs need to know what they are communicating.
Anyone wishing to sell to the high-end market needs to appear competent. This includes body language, posture, conviction, and presence. “You will never lead someone from doubt to certainty if you yourself convey insecurity.”
The same applies to the academic and corporate world. In the new MBA from Wiser in partnership with Grupo Primo, Flávio focuses on sales, marketing, and artificial intelligence, addressing the future of productivity with AI.
