Exclusively available to corporate customers throughout Brazil via Copa Energia, the Fast Gas Station is a step forward in efficiency. Imagine a fueling operation for 30 forklifts in one hour: the Fast Gas Station reduces the process time by 30%, resulting in a productivity boost of 20%.

This modernization allows for direct fueling at the machine, eliminating the need for cylinder exchanges. It is ideal for all types of forklifts tasked with moving loads, minimizing machine downtime and saving storage space for cylinders.

Strategic Partnership for Innovation

The creation of the Fast Gas Station is the result of a strategic collaboration between Copa Energia and its national and international partners. The traditional threaded system, weighing 4.7 kg, is replaced by a quick connector that weighs only 1.5 kg and features an audible click sound upon engagement.

Cleber Hamada, Strategic Projects Director at Copa Energia, emphasizes how this weight reduction enhances work accessibility for individuals with varying levels of physical strength. “This device was designed to be ergonomic and safe,” Hamada points out, also highlighting the ecological benefits. “We see a reduction of up to 80% in emissions inherent to the fueling process,” concludes Hamada.

The Fast Gas Station will be officially unveiled at Apas Show 2023, taking place from May 15 to 18, at the Copa Energia booth. The event will be hosted at Expo Center Norte, in the vibrant city of São Paulo.
