The Chinese Corporation Is Currently Present in Over 100 Countries, and Brazil Has Become an Important Asset for Its Renewable Projects
In the heart of Ceará, in the city of Mauriti, the Chinese company Powerchina has just signed a contract worth R$ 1.8 billion to build a solar power plant, just as Brazil achieves an unprecedented position in the global solar energy ranking and will generate over 300 thousand jobs in 2023.
The park’s completion is scheduled for February 2025, with construction starting in March of this year.
The industry executive, Joaquim Rolim, and the coordinator of the Industrial Project Attraction of the SDE, Brgida Miola, held a remote meeting on Tuesday with the secretary of the SDE, Salmito Filho (PDT).
