• Prerequisites: English – Advanced Level; Pursuing a degree in International Relations, Economics, Business Administration; Expected graduation from the 1st semester of 2024; Office Suite – Intermediate/Advanced; Familiarity with Outlook and online communication tools: Skype, Teams.
• Main Responsibilities: Support activities in the Institutional Relations and Sustainability area; Draft official letters, memorandums, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents; Administrative support for the Institutional Relations and Sustainability area (invoice payments, tracking orders to suppliers); Maintain the partner contact database; Gather information from other areas; Support in maintaining procedures and guidelines for the area; Monitor the company’s social project management.
