The News That No One Wanted to Read! The Anticipated Postal Service Competition, Which Promised Numerous Opportunities for Positions Such as Mail Carrier and Attendant in the Coming Months, May Face Significant Delays.

According to information from the Qconcursos portal, the reason is the suspension of the selection process for the organizing bank, announced last week. This, according to the portal, cast a shadow of uncertainty over the publication of the notice, initially scheduled for September.

Delay in the Notice: What Is Happening?

The expectation was that the selection process for the organizing company would be completed by August, which would allow the launch of the notice within the planned timeline.

However, this condition is now at risk, as announced recently. Meanwhile, for the first notice, as published by Click Petroleum and Gas, the bank has already been contracted: the Iades Institute. Therefore, the release of this notice could happen at any moment, keeping the hopes of many candidates alive.

Positions and Benefits: What Is at Stake?

According to the company’s president, Fabiano Silva, the Postal Service competition is expected to offer between 3,000 and 3,200 positions distributed across two notices. The first notice will focus on the area of occupational safety, offering positions at the middle and higher levels. The already defined positions include:

  • Junior Occupational Physician
  • Junior Occupational Nurse
  • Occupational Safety Engineer
  • Junior Occupational Safety Technician

To apply for the technician position, a high school diploma is required, while for the other positions, a higher education degree is necessary. Additionally, for the technician position, a specific course is required, with an initial salary of R$ 3,543.67.

Nurses, engineers, and doctors must have specialization in occupational health or safety, as well as registration with the council, with starting salaries of R$ 6,557.11 for nurses and R$ 6,856.25 for engineers and doctors.

Fees and Benefits: An Additional Attraction

The registration fees range from R$ 57 to R$ 70 for junior occupational safety technician, and from R$ 60 to R$ 70 for other positions. Those who pass will enjoy various benefits, including:

  • Health plan
  • Transport voucher
  • Meal/food voucher
  • Assistance for dependents with disabilities
  • Nursery/babysitter reimbursement
  • Vacation advance
  • Anticipation of 50% of the Christmas bonus

What to Expect from the Second Notice from the Postal Service?

The second notice is expected for positions at the middle and higher levels, with starting salaries of up to R$ 6,557.11. According to the available information, the anticipated fees and benefits offered for those approved will be the same as those listed for the first notice. This includes the attractive range of benefits that make the Postal Service a desired institution for many candidates.

Impact on the Future: Expectations and Preparations

The possible delay in the publication of the notice may profoundly impact the plans of thousands of candidates who were preparing for the competition. According to experts in the area of competitions, preparation for these exams requires months of study and strategic planning, which makes the current uncertainty even more challenging.

On the other hand, this situation may provide more time for candidates to reinforce their studies and better prepare for the exams. According to reports from candidates in online forums and study groups, many are using this extra window of time to deepen their knowledge and review important content.

With the Delay in the Competition, What to Do Now?

While the situation remains uncertain, experts recommend that candidates keep their focus on studies and stay tuned for upcoming updates on the competition. According to the cited website, internal sources say that the expectation is that the situation will be resolved soon, allowing the selection process to continue without major setbacks.
