Great Place To Work® Highlights Leadership in Well-Being and ESG Practices
The prestigious Great Place To Work® institute announced the results of its annual survey identifying the best companies to work for in the Oil and Gas sector. This survey, essential for the industry, highlights organizations that not only provide an excellent work environment but also adopt sustainable and well-being practices that positively impact their employees.
Evaluation Methodology
The selection process for the best companies follows a rigorous methodology that begins with a quantitative assessment. Companies need to achieve a minimum score and a significant number of participating employees to move on to the next phase, which includes completing detailed questionnaires about certification and ranking. This year, the competition was intense with 54 companies in the running, representing over 118,000 workers.
Diversity and Inclusion Among the Awarded
Among the recognized companies, there is considerable diversity in terms of age range and educational level of employees. Employees aged 26 to 44 years predominated, and most have completed high school. In terms of gender representation, there is still a male predominance, especially in leadership positions, although there is balance in other roles.
