Trumau Project Will Feature Eight Vestas V117-3.45MW Turbines
The Austrian utility company Wien Energie has begun constructing the nearly 28 MW Trumau wind farm in the Baden district of Lower Austria. Trumau will have a total capacity of 27.6 MW and will feature eight Vestas V117-3.45 MW turbines with hub heights of 91.5 meters.

It will provide 51,000 megawatt-hours of electricity per year, supplying the equivalent of about 14,600 households in Lower Austria. Wien Energie stated that the total investment in the project is € 36 million.
