More Than 19,000 Solar Panels
According to the project CEO of Banco do Brasil, the project was tendered and constructed by the solar energy company EDP, the site where Banco do Brasil’s solar power plant has about 19,000 solar panels. This would be equivalent to supplying a plantation with over 7,000 trees.
Future Project for 6 New Solar Power Plants by 2021
Banco do Brasil (BB) stated that this is just the beginning, and by the year 2021, Brazil will have more than 6 new solar power plants, with these new projects located in Pará, Ceará, Bahia, Goiás, and the Federal District.
