The second edition of the DiversiData Tech Bootcamp, from Bank Pan, opened more than 1,000 new spots on Tuesday (5), and the estimate is that people from all over Brazil, who are interested in obtaining training in the information technology sector, will be served. The free online and distance learning course program is the result of a partnership between the bank and the Institute of Management and Information Technology (IGTI). Just last year, the financial institution’s initiative had over 20,000 applicants. In this edition, minority groups will be prioritized in the selection process, such as low-income people, women, people with disabilities, blacks, and LGBTQIA individuals.
How Does the Free Online and Distance Learning Course Program from Bank Pan Work?
The company’s bootcamp will offer 10,000 full scholarships for free online courses in data analysis and processing. During the 10 weeks of the program, the approved candidates will learn everything about Analytics and Data, covering knowledge from basic to advanced levels.

How to Enroll in the Free Online and Distance Learning Courses from Bank Pan?
In total, the institution offers 148 hours of content in information technology, consisting of recorded classes, challenges, and weekly live classes via videoconference. In addition, candidates can also network with teachers and peers.
In the program, candidates will study theory, complete practical assignments, and at the end of the distance learning program, they will receive free certificates. The best candidates will be referred for permanent positions at Bank Pan.
