BR Distribuidora Says It Is Correct to Define Reducing Mandatory Biodiesel Blend in Diesel and Talks About Restarting the 75th Biodiesel Auction
BR Distribuidora said in a statement on the last day 15 that it is correct to define the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels – ANP, along with the Ministry of Mines and Energy – MME, to reduce for a certain period the mandatory blend percentage of biodiesel in diesel, which from 12% will be reduced to 10%, as well as to restart the third phase of the 75th Biodiesel Auction. The company said this new measure will supply the entire country in the months of September and October.

BR Distribuidora said that, to maintain supply balance, emergency measures should be evaluated in August.
