This distribution allows candidates from different regions to have the opportunity to participate, increasing diversity within the company.
Applications and Selection Process
Interested parties have until August 12, 2024 to apply through the Cia de Talentos website. The selection process includes online tests, evaluations, and group dynamics, which will take place between July and September. Admissions are expected to begin in October of this year.
