Brazil Expands Ethanol and Biofuels Exports to Africa, Strengthens Trade Relations and Broadens Market
Atvos, one of the largest producers of ethanol in Brazil, participated in the Business Mission to Africa to promote sustainable biofuels.
In this way, the initiative by ApexBrasil, created in 2007, aims to expand ethanol exports while strengthening international cooperation for energy transition.
Therefore, Brazil is increasing its presence in the biofuels and ethanol market, reinforcing its trade relations with Africa in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa).

These nations, on the other hand, face challenges related to decarbonization of the economy and the search for cleaner energy alternatives.
