Leaked Designs Indicate That BYD Is Ready to Surprise with a New Electric Scooter Soon.
News That BYD Is Preparing! The Chinese giant, known for its performance in the electric vehicle market, is about to take a bold step by entering the electric scooter segment. Recently leaked industrial designs indicate that the brand is working on a mid-sized scooter, expected to be launched at EICMA 2024 in Milan.
The model appearing in the designs resembles a vehicle with an engine over 250 cc. The scooter features a split seat, in the style of the Dafra Citycom 300i, but with a more modern design and sharp headlights.
The weight distribution is optimized, with the electric motor and battery located at the center of the chassis, which improves stability during riding.
