Chevrolet announced the return of the iconic Celta vehicle to the market, completely renewed and with updated engine, marking its return after its discontinuation in 2016. With over 1.7 million units sold during its production period, the Celta returns strong, reaching the mark of 70 thousand units sold shortly after its relaunch, according to the website O TV Foco.
The new vehicle from Chevrolet, which has been called the “Novo Celta”, is actually the Chevrolet Aveo, the result of the partnership between General Motors (GM) and the Chinese company SAIC. The model, which will also be launched in other Latin American countries such as Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru, features a 1.5 Aspirated Gasoline Engine, delivering up to 110 horsepower. Available with a 6-speed manual transmission or CVT automatic, the Novo Celta promises a modern and efficient driving experience.
