In-person panels will be held when the situation normalizes, following recommendations from the Ministry of Health. The panel and individual interviews will take place in Rio de Janeiro, and the travel expenses are the candidate’s responsibility.
The positions are for work in Rio de Janeiro, in all areas of Coca-Cola such as marketing, operations, strategy and insights, finance, digital, technical, and logistics.
The approved candidates will receive a salary of R$ 13,800. The trainees will have mentorship with company leaders and participate in a structured development program.

- Availability to reside in Rio de Janeiro or other states during the program
- Proficiency in the Office suite
- Availability for business trips
