High Production of Electric Cars in Brazil
Audi has been working for some time to become a manufacturer with a 100% electric vehicle portfolio in the coming years. It is possible that, at some point, all Audi manufacturing units will produce only zero-emission car models.
In 2020, following a partnership with Engie, the German automaker invested approximately R$ 10 million to install two hundred AC charging points of 22kW at various locations in Brazil.

The state of Paraná was the first in Brazil to eliminate the IPVA tax for electric cars, valid until the end of 2022. Finally, Johannes Roscheck stated that all electric cars that are compatible with the chargers will be able to refuel without issues at the charging stations that will be installed at Audi dealerships.
