For many candidates, the opening of the registration period for a public competition is a moment of great joy, as it means a step closer to the long-dreamed public position.

This is because, many times, these candidates prepare for a long time before the announcement is published, to arrive at the exam prepared and capable of performing well in these tests.

This time, the competition in focus is that of the Belo Horizonte City Council, which announced on Monday (19) the opening of registrations for the competition of the legislative house of the capital of Minas Gerais.

How Positions Are Divided

According to the announcement, of the 91 positions open for the competition of the Belo Horizonte City Council, the majority is aimed at people who have completed at least high school. However, there are also opportunities for those with a complete higher education. Check it out:

Legislative Technician II – For this position, 59 vacancies were made available. The interested party must at least have completed high school. According to the announcement, the salary for this role starts at R$ 4,759.37.

Other Positions

The remaining 32 positions out of the 91 are aimed at individuals who have completed higher education. For these roles, the salary starts at R$ 8,303.98.

In addition to these mentioned positions, the announcement also states the existence of two vacancies for the position of prosecutor. For this role, the starting salary is R$ 11,727.44.

Many Benefits for Those Approved in the Belo Horizonte City Council Competition

In addition to a salary according to the exercised function, those approved in the competition will have a series of additional benefits upon taking office at the Belo Horizonte City Council.

According to the announcement, all employees have additional benefits, such as, for example, food assistance of R$ 45.16 for six hours of work, partially subsidized health plans, child care assistance of up to 80% of the monthly fee, funeral assistance, and daily allowances when the employee needs to travel for work.

How to Register for the Competition

Interested in participating in the Belo Horizonte City Council competition? If so, pay close attention so you don’t miss this great opportunity: registrations will be open until 4 PM on March 19 and must be made at the site of Instituto Consulplan, the organizing institution of the competition.

To participate in the competition, it will be necessary to pay a fee that varies according to the level of education. In this regard, individuals seeking middle-level positions must pay a fee of R$ 55. Those seeking a higher education position: R$ 65.
