With a total of 70 vacancies and the formation of a reserve list, the competition is aimed at hiring Specialists in Civil Aviation Regulation in three specific areas. The notice, published by ANAC, offers opportunities for professionals with higher education in different specialties. The initial salary is attractive, reaching R$ 16,413.35 for a workload of 40 hours per week, in addition to benefits such as a food allowance of R$ 658.00 and health assistance.
Details of Vacancies Offered in the ANAC Public Contest by Area
Specialist in Civil Aviation Regulation (25 vacancies):
- Must have completed higher education in any undergraduate course. It is necessary to hold a commercial pilot license for airplane or helicopter issued by ANAC, or at least a valid pilot license and a valid first-class aeronautical medical certificate (CMA).

Selection Process and Registration Period
Registrations for the contest can be made on the Cebraspe website (click here) from December 13, 2023, to January 4, 2024, with a registration fee of R$ 160.00.
The contest will be conducted by Cebraspe, and 5 vacancies are reserved for candidates with disabilities and 14 vacancies for black candidates.
When Will the ANAC Contest Take Place?
Candidates will undergo various stages, including an objective test, a written test, a title evaluation, and a training course.
The objective test, scheduled for March 3, 2024, will cover topics such as English Language, Administrative Law Concepts, Ethics in Public Service, Human Rights, Information Technology, Civil Aviation System Legislation, and Specific Knowledge.
The preliminary results will be disclosed on March 5, while the final results are expected on April 1, 2024.
Training Course
The training course, with a workload of up to 160 hours, will consist of 100 classroom hours and 60 online hours, held in Brasília-DF.
The evaluation of the course will be through an objective test with 120 true or false items, covering the content taught.
Responsibilities of Specialists
The approved professionals will have responsibilities that include regulation, inspection, oversight, and control of civil aviation, air services, auxiliary services, civil airport infrastructure, and other aeronautical systems.
Additionally, they will be responsible for implementing policies and conducting studies and research related to these activities.
Validity Period of the ANAC Contest
According to the notice, the ANAC contest will be valid for 2 years, extendable once, totaling up to 4 years, from the homologation of the result, as published in the Federal Official Gazette.
