A CEF announced the holding of a new competition in 2024, reinforcing its tradition of promoting competitions on a regular basis. Expected to take place at the beginning of next year, the financial institution has already aroused the interest of many candidates across the country.

Attractive Remuneration and Benefits
The first remuneration for those who pass the competition and reach positions at Caixa is R$3.597, in addition to a range of benefits, such as food assistance, daycare assistance, supplementary pension, health plan, etc. The benefits package includes:
The transportation voucher varies depending on the municipality of the position, with a rate of 4% of the employee's base salary, and the bank handles the remaining amount. Additionally, there is profit sharing, a health plan and supplementary pension, meaning that remuneration at Caixa can exceed the R $ 6 thousand.
