The Caixa Econômica Federal announced the holding of a new competition in 2024, reinforcing its tradition of regularly promoting contests. Set to take place at the beginning of next year, the financial institution has already sparked the interest of many candidates across the country.

At the end of 2023, Caixa launched an advertising campaign titled “In 2024, Believe and Come!”, officially confirming the holding of the process this year and encouraging preparation for the new exam.

It is expected that the announcement will offer many opportunities, considering that the last competition, in 2021, allocated 1,100 exclusive vacancies just for people with disabilities. It is forecasted that the initial vacancies will be aimed at the position of banking technician, with possible positions for professionals in the technology field integrating the bank’s servers sector.

The starting salary for those who pass the competition and reach positions at Caixa is R$3,597, in addition to a range of benefits such as meal assistance, childcare assistance, complementary pension, health plan, etc. The benefits package includes:

The transportation voucher varies according to the municipality of the position, with a rate of 4% of the base salary for the server, and the bank covers the remaining amount. Additionally, there is profit sharing, a health plan, and complementary pension, making the compensation at Caixa exceed R$ 6,000.
