Opportunities for Various Education Levels, Open Enrollment and Exams in November 2024!
The City Hall of Candeias, in Minas Gerais, is open for registration for the public competition that offers 113 effective positions in different areas and education levels. The selection process, regulated by notice no. 001/2024, seeks candidates for positions that require education from incomplete elementary school to higher education, with salaries ranging from R$ 1,412.00 to R$ 14,074.69, depending on the role, according to the website Concursos no Brasil.
The organization of the competition is the responsibility of the Instituto Mineiro Educar & Sorrir (IMESO), which will handle all stages, including registrations, exams, and results. The workload for the positions ranges from 25 to 40 hours per week, as stipulated in the notice.
Registration Fees and Exemptions
The registration fees for the positions vary according to the education level required for each position:

Candidates in situations of financial vulnerability may request an exemption from the registration fee. To do so, it is necessary to meet the criteria set out in the notice, which includes requirements such as proof of low income. Exams: Eliminatory Stages and Calendar
The Candeias City Hall vacancies competition will include two eliminatory phases: objective and practical tests, depending on the desired position.
1. Objective Tests: All candidates will undergo an objective test, with questions that vary according to the position. The test has a maximum duration of 2h30 and is scheduled to take place on November 17, 2024. To pass this stage, the candidate must achieve at least 50% of the total points.
2. Practical Tests: Candidates for the positions of Light Machine Operator, Heavy Machine Operator, and Electrician will undergo practical tests, where they will need to demonstrate their specific skills. The maximum score for this stage is 100 points, and at least 50% must be achieved to be considered fit.
Open Applications: Deadline and Location
Interested candidates can register for the Candeias City Hall competition from 10 a.m. on August 26 to 5 p.m. on September 26, 2024. Registrations can be done both online and in person.
For those opting for online registration, the application process should be conducted directly on the IMESO website, following the instructions in the notice. Those preferring to register in person may visit the City Hall headquarters, located at Avenida 17 de Dezembro, no. 240, in the Center of Candeias/MG. The service is available from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., except on holidays and optional days off.
