This has generated expectations among those preparing to join the company, whether through positions for high school graduates or for roles reserved for those with higher education.

According to information published by the website Estratégia Concursos, a meeting with union entities and the presidency of the Post Office served to confirm the publication of two announcements.

As stated in the current job and salary plan of the Post Office, there are careers where the final remuneration reaches R$ 26 thousand. This is the case for the position of safety engineer, whose salary starts at R$6,557.11 and can reach R$26,013.50 at the end of the career.
For other positions, such as assistant and safety technician, the salary reference varies. In this sense, there are employees who earn R$2,256.18 at the beginning and can earn up to R$11,934.73 by the end of their careers.
Benefits When Working at the Post Office
In addition to the mentioned salaries, Post Office professionals also have various benefits when working at the institution. Among them are food/meal vouchers; transportation vouchers; childcare assistance or babysitting assistance and support for dependent children with physical disabilities.
Moreover, employees of the Post Office receive extensive outpatient medical and dental assistance for their legal dependents during the probationary period. After the probationary period, they will be entitled to shared medical and dental assistance and a Supplementary Pension Plan – POSTALPREV, through the Social Security Institute of the Post Office – POSTALIS.
Temporary Employees
As published by Click Petróleo e Gás, before the announcement, however, the Post Office is expected to hire temporary employees to cover the lack of staff at the institution. The aim is to hire, by March of this year, 770 temporary employees.
According to the statement from the National Federation of Workers in Post and Telecommunications Companies and Similar (Fentect), these temporary positions will be focused on enabling activities until the competition for permanent positions is held. Currently, the expectation is that temporary hiring will occur through outsourced companies. According to Fentect, the company has set a deadline of 30 days for the respective provision.
